Scott Maxwell:

Scott brings over twenty years of multi-faceted professional guitar experience to LearnGuitarGear.com. As an instructor he has taught hundreds of private guitar students and developed several guitar class programs. As a professional musician he has clocked nearly 3,000 gigs on a variety of rigs gaining insight to real-life gear and performance settings.

In addition, he is a Certified Product Specialist for Fender and Gibson guitars as well as a Certified Guitar Technician for Fender electric and acoustic guitars. Scott has built several guitars over the years, endlessly modified all of his personal instruments and performed countless repairs of all kinds. Currently, Scott enjoys performing with his bands, helping customers and students, and being a part of the golden age of guitar technology!
